A scenic drive around Hooper's inlet - paradise of a variety of wading birds such as spoonbills, stilts, spur winged plovers, oyster catchers, kingfishers, black swans, paradise shell ducks, pukekos, herons.
including free time at Royal Albatross Centre where you can grab a hot drink and some snacks from the cafe, watch albatross gliding in the sky of it is windy enough, walk down to the beach to see lazy fur seals on rocks or enjoy ocean views
Back to the Octagon or port by approx. 2pm
