CANCELLATION POLICY

For all customers who book online: 

 By visiting our site and/or purchasing tours from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

 

Our Cancellation Policy

 

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before event

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 3 - 7 days before event

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 25% if booking is cancelled 8 -14 days before event

  • We will charge a cancellation fee of 0% if booking is cancelled 15 days or more before event

 

  •  A booking fee of 20%  will be retained for Tailor Made Tours 

 

  • A booking fee of 20% will be charged to cover some of our costs, should your ship be unable to dock due to bad weather

 

  • Booking fees and credit card fees are not refundable.

 

  • Refunds will not be paid if you don’t arrive at the prearranged meeting points at the correct time

  • We reserve the right to cancel or alter any tour, service or price.

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system.

Payment Security is managed through DPS for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
