A full refund will be paid should your ship be unable to dock due to bad weather, except the credit card fee
To receive a full refund, travellers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone except for Tailor Made Tours where a booking fee may be retained. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Other circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis
Refunds will not be paid if you don’t arrive at the pre-arranged meeting points at the correct time

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system.
