REFUND POLICY

For all passengers who book online: 

 By visiting our site and / or purchasing tours from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions

  • A full refund will be paid should your ship be unable to dock due to bad weather, except the credit card fee

  • To receive a full refund, travellers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone except for Tailor Made Tours where a booking fee may be retained. No refunds will be given after that time period. 

  • Other circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis

  • Refunds will not be paid if you don’t arrive at the pre-arranged meeting points at the correct time

Payments are processed through the secure DPS Payment Express system.

Payment Security is managed through DPS for mutual security. Encryption protection is managed with an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate, industry standard 128bit encryption software.
